The DEA(e) is managed by OTM Consulting Ltd., (OTM).
A DEA(e) committee is responsible for the supervision of the association through guidance to OTM, screening of R&D proposals and recommendations to the members on expenditure / meeting formats / DEA(e) future direction and strategy.
