The R & D suppliers’ section contains information on how you as a supplier to the oil and gas industry can use this association to present your upcoming technologies and with the opportunity to obtain positive interest from major oil and gas companies (both operators and service companies) .

DEA(e) meetings take place over one and a half days. The first day (almost always a Thursday) is set aside for technical presentations on the theme of the meeting. The morning of the second day is set aside for three types of presentations:

• R&D proposals
• Underused technologies
• “On the cusp of commercial” technologies.

R&D suppliers, whether universities, research institutes or companies of all sizes supplying the oil and gas community (including other oil and gas companies and DEA(e) members), can bring forward R&D proposals to any of the DEA(e) meetings. Those proposals that are appropriate to the technical theme of the meeting are usually given priority. Presentations of research topics are made to an audience of around 30 oil and gas operators. The costs to you are minimal - your time and travel costs.
